Jordan Nelson started his mobile DJ company at a junior high school. After 5 years of school dances and private events, Jordan decided it was time to ramp things up - he invested heavily in education and training and within one year transformed his company from a $400 an event business to a $1,500 minimum leader in his local market. After taking his company full-time he still wasn't satisfied and channeled his love of event lighting into writing two books on the subject for mobile DJs. He has written for Mobile Beat magazine, spoken on DJNTV and The DJs Vault, and regularly publishes reviews on DJ gear.
