Duties and Taxes

All international shipments are priced based on weight, size, and destination. Please note that our pricing does not include customs fees, tariffs, or taxes, which may apply depending on your destination. These fees are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery, regardless of the carrier chosen. For any questions regarding these fees, please contact the carrier directly, as I DJ NOW has no control over charges imposed by certain destinations.

Returns & Refused Orders

Orders returned due to refusal or restricted contents will incur shipping costs to and from the delivery point, which will be the responsibility of the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all items purchased are permitted at the destination location before placing an order. Any orders confiscated by customs will remain the buyer's responsibility and will not be eligible for a refund.
