X-Laser is a distributor of the Ether Dream 4 and helped design and manufacture the product's external housing. They serve as the distributor of the Ether Dream 4, the latest generation of Ether Dream laser DAC. It is fully software-compatible with previous Ether Dream models (1, 2, 3) while having a smaller form factor, support for ILDA output, Ethernet streaming, and USB firmware updates.
Ether Dream 4 is fully software-compatible with previous Ether Dream models (1, 2, 3) and works with the Neon Captain Radiator. Ether Dream 4 supports streaming playback over 100M Ethernet. Works with ILD SOS, LaserShowGen, LSX, MadLaser, Maxwell, Modulaser, TouchDesigner and many more. Sample driver code is also available for Windows, Mac and Linux. Users can update firmware over USB by drag-and-drop from any computer, without the need for specialized software or applications. Ether Dream 4 can be built directly into a laser projector, or can serve as a standalone DAC with a small footprint.
